Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sonnerly.com (the "Site") and the Sonnerly waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

Sonnerly is an independent product. You can reach us at hello@sonnerly.com.

2. What Sonnerly is right now

As of the date above, Sonnerly is a pre-launch product. The Site exists to describe what we are building and collect waitlist signups from people interested in early access.

There is currently no live software product, no payment processing, and no user accounts beyond the waitlist email list.

These Terms will be updated and expanded when the product launches.

3. Joining the waitlist

By submitting your name, email, and role through the waitlist form, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You are at least 16 years old
  • You agree that we may email you about Sonnerly's launch, product updates, and related news
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@sonnerly.com

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist at our discretion, including for abuse, fake submissions, or other reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through the waitlist form
  • Use the Site or its forms in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them (including automated scripts, bots, or scrapers)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

All content on sonnerly.com — including text, graphics, logos, and the Sonnerly name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Sonnerly logo, wordmark, and visual brand are the property of Sonnerly.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We make no commitments about when (or if) Sonnerly will launch, what features it will include at launch, or what it will cost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonnerly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or waitlist.

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is currently zero) or (b) €100.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or harm to life or health.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or remove you from the waitlist at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

You may stop using the Site or unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@sonnerly.com.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the EU member state where you reside.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via email to waitlist members before taking effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
